cut paper art

i'm just amazed by the intricacies of this cut paper art. it's so delicate and beautiful. right now you can find 190 different items for sale at papercutdiecut including amazing monogram letters and other various cut paper art. while most of it is a little pricey (and justly so), you can score a letter for as low as $15! i haven't quit decided which one i'm going to get, but the one above is one of the front runners.

my mantra

i really love the weekly assignments that melissa at operation nice posts for everyone to participate in. even though i'd love to, i rarely get a chance to participate because of time. i especially like this week's assignment and have been thinking about it over the last two days. the assignment is to make a mantra to live by for 2009. after thinking about it, this is what i've come up with:

believe. strive. achieve. balance.
