that's what he said : part 8

my list of funny things the little dude has said has become increasingly long. i'm going to break them up into several posts to spread out the funny! here are just a few of the recent ones.

lately he's been really into telling us either what he dreamed about or what he's going to dream about:

little dude: "tonight i'm going to dream about dinosaurs, camels, dogs, and kittys!"
{camels? wtf? where on earth did he get that from?}

little dude: "i dreamed about little boy roller skates. i wanted to buy them, and they were yellow. YEA!!"

scene: we're at a stop sign next to a building that is for sale, this building happens to be across the street from our local bakery (that happens to be owned by my extended family, so the little dude is familiar with it).
mommy: "i want to buy that building and make it into my studio." (wishful thinking i know)
little dude: "i want to buy the doughnut building."

we listened to the local christmas radio station from right after thanksgiving until christmas. we heard the dreaded "feliz navidad" about a million times.

one day from the back of the car we heard the little dude singing what he thought were the words to "feliz navidad".
little dude: "for free scrubby dub, for free scrubby dub."
