while eating lunch today the little dude says to me: "mommy, let me tell you how i say tomato in english."

i say: "um, ok."

"i just say toe-pay-toe, just like that mommy: tooooe-paaaay-tooooe. that's how i say it. hehe haha."

"ahhhhh. ok then."

not really sure what that's about. i have a feeling it's because he's started watching Ni-Hao, Kai-lan on noggin, which teaches chinese. so i think he's trying to create his own new language by making up his own words. can't wait to learn his next one!
